Dear Partner,
Schools will resume in a few weeks but, sadly, some children won't be
returning to school while some others are yet to see the four walls of a
classroom. This year, we are determined to give, at least, 100,000
children the opportunity to get back to school empowering them to break
free from poverty.
In addition, we are
building schools
and
children learning centers
in underserved communities around the world as part of our
commitment to provide education to children who are out of school due to
poverty.
Our schools are not just for academic learning, they are also mission
centers where we impact not only indigent children but also their
families and communities in a sustainable way. Click

Fully Equipped Learning Center Opens in South Africa

Our Partners set up a fully equipped
Child Learning Center
in Klipgat, South Africa reaching children in the community. The
facility has a play area, sick bay, library, kitchen and other
amenities. At the InnerCity Mission learning centers, children are given
academic lessons, learning materials, psychosocial support, meals, and
home-work assistance. Click here

communities.
Also in South Africa, over 100 children received educational support to
return back to school in Kimberly, South Africa. The children received
book supplies, stationery and school uniforms.

Partners Making a Difference as "One Man"

In commemoration of his birthday, a passionate Partner, Dcn. Jerry
Obionu, donated tons of food items to the
InnerCity Mission Food Bank. The food items donated were of a
wide range which would benefit needy children and their families.
This laudable act launched the
"Feed a Child" campaign
by our institutional Church Partners in CE Lagos Zone 3. The goal
of the campaign is to feed 50,000 children and support poor families
with food items across various inner cities.
