HURRICANE, Utah (KUTV) — A Utah police officer is recovering after being rescued from a slot canyon where he crashed his dirt bike.
Brad Coleman, a sergeant with the Washington City Police Department, was supposed to meet up with friends and go biking Sunday afternoon.
“He was supposed to meet up with some friends in what’s called Long Valley,” said Sgt. Darrell Cashin with the Washington County Sheriff’s Office. “They said they hung out there until about 4:30 and he never showed up.”

"Pepe el chivo", una auténtica crónica de época, original de Miguelito Román el veterano trompetista del #ConjuntoCasino y retratada además en el cubanísimo género de la guaracha, nos permite regresar al estudio teatro de la bien llamada "Onda de la Alegría" (Radio Progreso) con sus flamantes instalaciones reubicadas para 1954 en el número 105 de la populosa avenida habanera de Infanta.
Por entonces Roberto Espí, siempre empeñado en mantener al Casino entre las agrupaciones de primera línea, reinsertaba a José Gundín en la cuerda de metales de la agrupación, reforzando así la vigorosa sonoridad del conjunto con una cuarta trompeta.
Además de este importante cambio que convirtió al "Casino" en el primer conjunto sonero en incorporar cuatro trompetas, volvía a recurrir a los formidables arreglos del Niño Rivera, pero esta vez dándole mayor responsabilidad en el apartado técnico musical teniendo en cuenta este nuevo formato.
Abordando nuevamente esta guaracha de Román como crónica social, "Pepe el chivo" nos trae el recuerdo de Juan Galleta un famoso y temido "usurero" o "prestamista", labor popularmente conocida en Cuba como "garrotero", un oficio que a juzgar por su sobrenombre el hombre ejercía utilizando métodos nada diplomáticos.
Roberto Faz y Roberto Espí en un momento del tema, además de mencionarlo, sostienen un breve diálogo con el objetivo de darle promoción a "La fonda de María la Gallega" uno de los sitios donde solían recalar los músicos del conjunto por ese tiempo.
Completaba la trilogía vocal Rolito Rodríguez quien ya también destacaba como notable bolerista de exquisita interpretación y afinación perfecta.
