El cinismo y la frialdad con que el gobernador de Nuevo León, Rodrigo Medina, mostro en las primeras horas de este viernes 26 de agosto un vídeo de los momentos en que los perpetradores del ataque al Casino Royal cometían el acto de barbarie que cobro mas de 50 víctimas mortales, en su mayoría mujeres, quedando al descubierto el mandatario local, al momento de que ACENTO VEINTIUNO da a conocer imágenes grabadas por un video aficionado, que demuestran los hechos incendiarios prácticamente a los pocos segundos de haber sido iniciados, y que exhiben la presencia de una patrulla de la policía municipal de Monterrey, Nuevo León, parada a escasos 20 metros del lugar del siniestro y que no presenta actividad alguna en persecución de los "terroristas" que acababan de cometer el ataque, la cual, mantiene una actitud pasiva ante los alarmantes hechos, sin torretas encendidas o sirenas que advirtieran su presencia.
ACENTO VEINTIUNO
No obstante el vídeo que fue reproducido a nivel nacional e internacional por el gobernador Medina, es detenido justamente al momento de que los atacantes se retiran, pero que de acuerdo a declaraciones de diversos testigos y las imágenes del video presentado por esta casa editorial, de haber continuado unos segundos más la reproducción de la cinta de seguridad, quedarían expuestas las pruebas que pondrían al descubierto la complicidad por acción u omisión de los uniformados que se supone, deberían perseguir de manera inmediata y en flagrancia a los sospechosos, incluyendo dar la voz de alerta para iniciar la persecución que nunca se efectuó.
Con la inacción evidenciada, se les dio tiempo suficiente a los "terroristas" para escapar sin ser detenidos, dejando a 53 familias mexicanas con el dolor de muerte por sus seres queridos.
No obstante la autoridad pide cooperación de la comunidad nacional, para lograr la captura de los "terroristas" atacantes de Casino Royal, ofreciendo 30 millones de pesos para su localización y aprehensión, no obstante la policía regiomontana, estuvo a solo unos pasos de ellos para su captura, pero prefirió "no actuar".
Por si quedara duda de la inactividad o participación de la policía municipal de Monterrey, otros dos videos en poder de ACENTO VEINTIUNO, demuestran un reten policial a escasos 50 metros del casino atacado, en el sentido que ocuparon los multihomicidas para escapar y de paso forzosos para ellos, no obstante no actuaron y dejaron darse a la fuga a los cuatro vehículos que participaron en el ataque.
