I wanted to take a moment and discuss an issue I ran into doing the good ol "buy a cheap prebuilt machine and throw in a PCI-E slot powered GPU." My personal experience was with the Dell Optiplex 990 and a Power Color Red Dragon RX 460 2GB. I wanted to share some of the findings I came across, and if you have any knowledge on similar issues with other prebuilt models of different brands please share down in the comments below!
