Excalibur Hotel and Casino is one of the best budget options on the Las Vegas Strip!
It is usually one of the FULL COMP options on MGM Rewards! In my opinion, the Resort Tower is the better option so I'll leave the link here if you want to compare the two...

It's located about 10 minutes from the airport and it's right next to the highway, so it will be easy for you to get around. They also have a free tram that takes you back and forth from Mandalay Bay to Luxor to Excalibur!
Excalibur may seem like more of a family friendly hotel, but they also offer the Thunder from Down Under and Dick's Last Resort here as well so there is fun for any age in this Castle!
The Royal Tower is on the quieter side and closest to the Ride Share exit/entrance while the Resort Tower has a bit more noise from the street and is closer to the Pool.
There's a medley of food options in the food court on the upper level so that anyone will be able to find something to eat. They had TWO Starbucks which I loved because I feel like every time I went, there was never much of a line (unless it was the weekend).
Overall, Excalibur is one of the older casinos on The Strip, so if you go into it knowing that you get what you pay for, so to speak, you will have a great time. It worked perfect for us who just wanted somewhere nice to crash and get a late night snack when we got done sightseeing.
