This audience recording was done by myself using my phone from the very back seats in section three. It turned out far better than I had feared. Even at the back, the sound was loud enough to drown out my obnoxious singing (somewhat...).
As a Billy Joel fan who's listened to bootlegs but never seen him live, this show was amazing. This setlist is pretty vanilla, sure, but again, I've never seen him live. So it didn't really bother me at that moment. I was willing to take anything. And sometimes, vanilla tastes good too.
Billy's voice is in great shape, amazing for a guy his age ("NYSOM" is a definite example of this). The rest of the band are at their A-game, as always. I know there are already better audience sources out there, but I wanted to share my own recording, as it gives quite a unique atmosphere. So expect a great show!
