Hoy, Playas de Tijuana está bajo dominio del CJNG. Otay lo controla Sinaloa. El centro es zona de nadie. Las ejecuciones siguen, las desapariciones también. Las autoridades presumen estadísticas, pero cada noche hay nuevas fosas.
Mientras la frontera siga siendo negocio, el crimen organizado seguirá escribiendo su historia. Una historia donde el protagonista siempre es el silencio.
