To commemorate the International Day Of Education on the 24th of January, our volunteers went all out in different communities in Eswatini , a country in Southern Africa, as a way to celebrate this epochal event on the world’s calendar.
Through the S.P.A.C.E campaign which was recently launched in order to give 5 million children access to education , the volunteers went to the communities of Mangwaneni Community Center and Manzini infant
Practicing primary school in an expectation of giving hope to indigent children.
Through our Back to School campaign, one of our volunteers under the HVN, shared an epic and heartwarming experience of how she changed an entire narrative of one child of the Mangwangweni feeding program in Eswatini. It was during this campaign that 19 children were aided with back-to-school kits like school shoes and socks.
8-year-old Thato was one of the beneficiaries of our S.P.A.C.E campaign program during this colorful event. Thato had been struggling with getting a pair of school shoe. Thanks to one of our volunteers who was able to identify a need and execute it for the indigent children.
The International Day of Education might have passed but our S.P.A.C.E campaign is still on full drive. Every child like Thato deserves access to quality education and also quality to school kit material. To be part of this global change you can click: https://icm.ngo/donation
