Don’t Ignore Their Cry

Have you ever walked a long distance on bare feet? Your feet would painfully polish sharp edged pebbles, leaving you exhausted, dehydrated and possibly with sore feet. Wait, that’s not the end of the journey, you have to walk several kilometres up hill, to finally get to your destination… on a daily basis. Hmmm… I can’t even imagine it.

But this is the reality of many children in many communities where education isn’t considered a necessity because of the cost of books, stationeries and of course, school shoes… Just between us, if you were in that condition, won’t you drop out of school?

Thankfully, this isn’t your case. But you have an opportunity to reach out to a child in this kind of need. Many of them in fact.
