Kobis Foods Partners with the InnerCity Mission To Kick Against Child Hunger

Kobis and the InnerCity Mission have joined forces to kick against child hunger as the acclaimed restaurant connects 10,000 indigent children to healthy fresh food for the next 90 days!

Hunger is the world’s most solvable problem, yet according to UNICEF, some 300 million children go to bed hungry and malnourished every day. Far too many children see empty plates day in and day out. Responding to this challenge, Kobis is devoting a fraction of every meal purchased at its various outlets to sponsor a meal for an indigent child. Besides eating at Kobis, you can also sponsor a full day’s meal for a child for as low as N1000 ($3) or purchase a Kobis souvenir, the proceeds of which go to sponsor meals for indigent children.

“When you eat at Kobis, a hungry child eats,” a Kobis representative, Pastor Roland Dabor, expressed at the launch and press briefing of the ‘Feed a Hungry Child’ initiative on Tuesday, September 20, in Lagos, Nigeria.

At the InnerCity Mission for Children, we believe that when GEMs like you partner with us, we can meet the urgent physical needs of indigent children.
