En esta segunda edición el proyecto va a seguir creciendo, con una primera parada que tendrá lugar en febrero mediante una propuesta gastronómica excepcional, diseñada para cautivar a los amantes de la alta cocina en el día más romántico del año. Este nuevo episodio, enmarcado en la celebración de San Valentín, promete ser una experiencia única para los apasionados de la buena mesa y los vinos de calidad. Bodega Sierra Norte asume así el papel protagonista durante todo el mes. 'Pon Pasión a tu San Valentín' se llevará a cabo en el Restaurante One VLC los días 14 y 17 de febrero de 2024. La cita consistirá en un suculento menú que cautivará los sentidos de todos los asistentes y les sumergirá en una experiencia culinaria única, armonizada con los excepcionales vinos de la gama 'Pasión' de la Bodega Sierra Norte.
La velada comenzará con la exquisita combinación de la perdiz escabechada, con su textura tierna, sobre un lecho de parmentier de patata violeta y trufa. Los crujientes crudités y la explosión de la granada añadirán la nota perfecta a este inicio apasionado, una propuesta que se acompañará con el tentador Cava Pasión Curée Brut Rosado.
A continuación, se servirá el segundo plato: vieiras y cocochas de bacalao, bañadas en una irresistible salsa pil-pil con flor de alcachofa, todo ello maridado con el seductor vino blanco Pasión de Moscatel. El homenaje continuará con una pausa refrescante protagonizada por un sorbete de melón, peppermint y perlas de fresa.
